HELP

السلام عليكم

اشتريت جهاز كمبيوتر جديد والمشكلة فيه انه بضل يعمل restart
ما عرفنا ايش المشكلة لذلك بدلناه
والمشكلة الاكبر انه الجهاز الجديد كمان فيه نفس المشكلة مع انه من محل تاني

اعادة التشغيل بتيجي بصورة مفاجأه بدون سابق انذار
حتى لو ما كنا فاتحين اي برنامج

والمشكلة الكبرى انه فجاه وانا عم احضر بحلقة عمل restart
ولما فتحت الكمبيوتر مرة تانية كانت الحلقة محذووووووووفة

بدي انتحر ما لقيتها على الجهاز كله

شو اعمل ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

على الجهاز الاول عملت فورمات
ومع ذلك المشكلة ضلت موجودة

ممكن اتكون المشكلة انو مشغلين اكتر من شغلة على نفس وصلة الكهربا....أنا كان عندي لما أشغل الطابعة يطفي الكمبيوتر بس لما وزعت الأشياء"السماعات , الشاشة, الكمبيوتر و الطابعة " على وصلتين و كل وصلة غذيتها من فيش مختلف انحلت المشكلة .

بس الجهاز بشتغل
ببعض الاحيان بعلق وبعيد
بس ما بطفي
انا حكيت انه لو كانت المشكلة من الكهربا معناها بطفي
والكهربا ما عليها الا الموديم والكمبيوتر والشاشة

I assumed it may be a power problem cuz u said u exchanged computers and formated and yet the same problem exists, so its not a software issue....

May be the POWER SUPPLY's power rating is low for your hardware..."its not powerful enough to supply the components with the power they need"...
That is if your CPU is an intel dual core /core 2 due or quad , or AMD athlon 64 X2
or phenom...that's with out mentioning your graphics card and other components...u will need a strong power supply of rating 350~400 watt..

I dont know but I'm just guessing...o salamet el jehaz!

I know this is late but I hope it can help.

Restarting can sometimes occur when the processor is not well cooled. Ya3ni when it reaches a certain heat level, it automatically restarts the pc to protect itself from damage.

Can you tell what type of processor?

There are many software that can do the job, but I suggest that you use this ;
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Info/Everest-Home-Edition.shtml

Download this software. It is a motherboard monitoring utility. It tells you info about motherboard. For example, the CPU fan speed, CPU heat and other information.
When you download it, please find where the CPU heat is shown..keep it on and notice if it goes up..and please notice a5er darjet 7arara biwassel elha abel ma yetfee.
Iza tafa, bardo do it again and see iza betfee 3end nafs el 7arara (aw areeb menha) ..if it happened ma3nato el heat hiyye el sabab.

I downloaded it ( v 2.20.405 ) but I didn't find where the information about CPU heat ! Sad
